A Study of the Marketing Layout Decision Model of Taiwan Machine Tool Industry in Post-COVID-19 Era

Abstract

Reviewing the empirical research of my country using machine tools as the research subject combined with hierarchical analysis it is found that there is no research focused on the research background of the “post-new crown era” to explore the decision-making model of Taiwan’s machine tool industry marketing layout This paper uses machine tools The research on the industrial development profile and the marketing layout of the machine tool industry is the theoretical basis and the Delphi method is used to develop a definite hierarchical structure of the marketing layout decision model of the Taiwan machine tool industry The research object of this paper is the advanced enterprises in Taiwan's machine tool industry The weights and rankings of the three decision-making aspects and nine decision-making indicators are evaluated by the hierarchical analysis method The research results of this paper show that among the three major decision-making aspects the most important aspect is the “machine tool manufacturer” the second is the “industrial environment” aspect and the least important aspect is the “industrial supply chain” On the other hand among the nine decision-making indicators according to the ranking of comprehensive weights they are in order: “customized service” “professional training” “new crown pneumonia epidemic” “key component autonomy” “manufacturing sterilization” “supply chain relationship benefits” “new Taiwan dollar exchange rate ” “trade agreement shocks” and “supply chain collaboration”
