Abstract

In order to create competitiveness and reduce risks enterprises at a certain scale and above adopt Strategy of Diversification (Ansoff 1957) to use new products to develop a new market and expend their scope of business The purpose is not only to create a new source of profit but also a sustainable development to gain the advantage in this highly competitive industry Therefore a new product development and planning to create a sustainable profit business model is a significant factor before and after launching The outcome of excessive dependence on a single resource will only inhibit the development of the enterprise This case study aims at enhancing the business model on new product launching by investigating the changes on the strategy over time from market itself to resources analysis
