In the past empirical studies there has not been any research on the consumer’s point of view to understand the consideration factors for purchasing investment insurance products after the new insurance system hits the road in 2020 The main purpose of this research is to explore the importance and satisfaction of consumers’ consideration factors for investment insurance products Views using the online questionnaire survey method selecting four life insurance companies and using the snowball sampling method to obtain a total of 340 valid research samples The empirical results of this study found: 1 The “Payment Method” “Sex” “Age” “Education Level” and “Average Monthly Income” of policyholders all have significant differences in the “importance” of consideration factors for investment insurance products 2 The “Payment Method” “Sex” “Age” and “Average Monthly Income” of the policyholders all have significant differences in the “satisfaction” of the consideration factors of investment insurance products 3 In A Life Insurance Company the consideration factors for investment insurance products that must be prioritized for improvement are “insurers’ rights” “financial status” and “individual security” 4 In B Life Insurance Company the consideration factor of investment-type insurance products that must be prioritized for improvement is the “insurers’ rights” 5 In C Life Insurance Company the consideration factors for investment insurance products that must be prioritized for improvement are “insurer’s rights” “easy communication” “clothing appearance” “after-sales service” “professionalism” “correctness” and “passionate service ”
