Abstract

The scope of this research targets at the service of the public construction of flood control and water conservancy in Taiwan It aims to discover the service discrepancy between the Water Resource Bureau and the service providers and furthermore optimize the quality of service This research is based on the conceptual service quality model of PZB and its SERVQUAL scale to investigate the service discrepancy in water resource industry in Taiwan from the perspectives of both government bureau and service providers After interviewing and using the measurement scale to analyze the data to indicate the differences between two parties this research defines the concept of the service quality as FIVE discrepancies There are 2 concepts of the first discrepancy 1 concept of the second discrepancy 2 concepts of the third discrepancy 2 concepts of the fourth discrepancy and 1 concept of the fifth discrepancy
