This study uses the "Business Model Canvas " proposed by Osterwalder & Pigneur in 2010 to explore the business model of the healthy food manufacturing industry After interviewing three healthy food manufacturing industries in southern Taiwan the business model can be summarized into the traditional processing business model and the technology and R&D business model Explore the following characteristics of the healthy food manufacturing industry: A The value proposition varies with the founder's education and experience and it also leads to different key activities B Certification at home and abroad is a prerequisite for customer relationship in the healthy food manufacturing industry C There is an inevitable competition and cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the health food manufacturing industry D In response to the new southbound policy in Taiwan the export of health food continues to expand to the Southeast Asian market E Different value propositions make different cost structures F The main profit comes from OEM or ODM but there are still expectations for the development of private brands G Exhibiting at home and abroad is an important medium in prospecting for customers Three practical suggestions for the research results: A The company can recruit professionals to provide R&D and quality control more comprehensively B Under affordable risks companies with scale can move towards new dosage forms or new technology development in response to future trends C Pay attention to changes in import and export conditions in food regulations and certification systems at home and abroad
