The mian purpose of this study is to construct the decision model of selecting sales service engineer of medical service industry by medical institutions This study divided research subjects into two groups The first group selected management staffs of Beckman Coulter Taiwan Branch and medical institutions The second group used laboratory medicine staffs of Beckman Coulter Taiwan Branch’s customers This study also screened twenty subjects Delphi experts and thirty subjects AHP experts respectively Finally the main empirical findings are as follows: 1 In the “External Behavior” layer of medical center “Repair Time” has the highest weight followed by “Repair Integrity” “Speed of Arrival” and “Repair Technology” 2 In the “External Behavior” layer of regional hospital “Repair Integrity” has the highest weight followed by “Repair Time” “Speed of Arrival” and “Repair Technology” 3 Among the eight decision criteria in the second layer “Work Motivation” both has the highest weight followed by “Personality Trait” “Self-Concept” and “Psychological Contract”
