Cost work and schedule planning are important component in the project management but both generally were divided It was resulting in a lack of consideration which would impact the one to the other Moreover a majority of projects rely on sophisticated people without effective the way in which delivered standard knowledge and information A project includes many work item such as masonry stone painting etc in the decoration works The decoration works are mostly based on space to distinguish the construction content of different works Therefore it is necessary to refer to a large number of project drawings and illustrations for requirements Also it makes the data analysis operation more complicated and easier to commit errors In recent years there has been a lot of research to develop BIM to extract information from the number of work items However the BIM model is mainly paying much attention to structural engineering If the information required in the decoration is set up through manual the process will be quite time-consuming Besides the lack of spatial information required for the practical decoration resulting in the difference between between the BIM model and application In order to improve the above problems this study first analyzes the demand for cost and schedule information in project management Using the compiled knowledge semantic as a framework for constructing the ontology model to present the relationship between BIM objects and work items And also use Dynamo to develop BIM intelligent module discriminating mechanism extracting the information that meets the requirements of each work item based on the spatial boundary conditions The BIM information is automatically imported into the ontology model to generate the required information Finally the generated schedule information is shown as a Gantt chart By using the intelligent module it can present information about the specific requirements of decoration works based on components or space which improves the inadequacy of BIM application Additionally it can also reduce human errors and establish effective standard processes for information analysis in project management
