Discussion on the effectiveness evaluation method of rural community land readjustment on rural land use and landscape changes

Abstract

This study attempts to conduct a post-comparative evaluation of a rural community land readjustment area in our country from the perspective of land use and landscape structure changes This study uses transfer-out transfer-in analysis and landscape index analysis as the research methods of overall change to understand and compare the situation of land use and landscape changes as background narrative statistics Then use the selected landscape index and overlay analysis method to explore the improvement status of the rural area land use subject to observe the impact of the rural community land readjustment on the subject The results show that the land use change rate of readjusted rural community during the readjustment and restoration period is much higher but during the stable period it is lower than non-readjusted community And the trend of changes in the landscape structure of rural community after the land readjustment is more favorable than the non-readjusted community And the improvement of rural land use issues is also show that the land readjusted community is better than another one which proves that the rural land readjustment can promote a long-term comparative advantage In terms of research methods the results show that using multiple methods to evaluate the effects of readjustment is an appropriate evaluation method which can help the government and planners better understand the long-term impact of land use control policies on rural areas
