Discussion on the Public Interest Litigation in Cultural Heritage Preservation

Abstract

This thesis researched the possibility of public interest litigation in cultural heritage preservation from the citizen suit in the environmental law and made some related suggestions In addition to discussing the interpretation and application of the elements of public interest litigation this thesis had also involved in the procedural and substantive disputes about the preservation of cultural assets since the public interest litigation is mainly to solve the problem of the cases which cannot be able to have legal review opportunities through traditional appeals and administrative litigation
