The study aim is find out the feasibility and usability of the Electronic Health Record designed for Healing, Empowerment, Recovery of Chemsex Center. In our research, we collected 3 samples from the administrator terminal and 13 samples from the client terminal for data analysis. Studies have confirmed that functions from the administrator terminal can increase work efficiency and reduce administrative information errors. For event management it can simplify work procedure, let administrators easily manage event participants and other information, feedbacks from the administrator terminal are systems have high feasibility and usability. For client terminal, except some system designed problems, it can provide help at health management, we also find out user's health status will affect the mood of using the system. But its privacy protection did not meet its expectations, affect users' willingness to use it, which makes it low feasibility and usability for users. According to the data collected from Google Analytics, logins from administrator terminal were 184 times, client terminal was 98 times, the usage counter of the self-assessment tool was 24 times, the average time spent on the questionnaire was 14 minutes 24 seconds.
