Abstract

This paper aims to establish a database of startup incubators in Taipei and a multi-scale innovation system framework This research uses the in-depth interview method with a total of 20 interviewers On a macro scale this research explores the role of innovation intermediary institutions in the role of innovation intermediaries in a multi-scale innovation system and the impact of innovation intermediaries on the development of Taipei's innovation and entrepreneurship environment On meso-scale this research discusses how the intermediary function of startup incubator can provide assistance to new ventures
