Taiwan’s SME manufacturing industries have long focused on OEM manufacturing With the development of the industry and the advent of globalization the OEM end of the industry chain has moved to mainland China or Southeast Asia which has led to a decline in orders and a decline in business operations and declining profits from Taiwanese manufacturers Therefore some companies are aware of whether they should establish their OBM operations in addition to focusing on OEM operations and develop their own brands to drive corporate transformation and growth; this research aims to help companies in the decision-making process through analysis the Critical Success Factor of OEM and OBM understand the Critical Success Factor that the company itself meets or lack and provide reference for the transformation of the company
