Abstract

With the evolution of technology and the transformation of people's lifestyles The digital platform is different from the one-way delivery website in the past but pays more attention to the two-way delivery From the past to now “Comprehensive Community Development” and “Rural Rejuvenation” attached great importance to the collection and preservation of local resources In 2019 “Regional Regeneration” emphasizes the need to let people see the “local DNA” Therefore the use of information and communication technology to integrate local cultural resources is a major issue for the advancement and sustainable development of cummunities The previous digital platforms were mostly designed from the perspective of the development process In order to better meet people’s needs we should review from the stakeholders’ perspective the content presented by the platforms and the usage patterns This study uses the five steps of "design thinking" as the research process and selects two communities to represent the city and the countryside Through in-depth interviews and focus group interviews we gradually understand the needs of stakeholders including the functional requirements of the platform and interface design preferences The results of this study show that compared with the difference in need between various types of stakeholders the difference in need between communities is more significant Therefore this study suggests that in the future platform design should not be carried out in a single system Instead modular design methods can be used to allow the community to choose the required functions Besides the appropriate stakeholder framework should also be flexible Let the platform be jointly planned by the public and private sectors in a participatory manner to try to meet the needs of different communities and different stakeholders
