Abstract

SUMMARY With the increase of the elderly population and advancement of science and technology interactive technology products enter the hospital and medical institution However in stroke patient case it is not as easy as the normal people say in the process of using this kind of product Therefore this study reviews literature and interviews experts developers can develop more correctly It can increase product operating efficiency and reducing the risks of development failure Built on the aspects of innovation resistance method and finds out the barriers and resisting factors This study shows the situation of barriers/resisting factors and the strategy of solving barriers/resisting factors of importance-time analysis (ITA) model and network relation map (NRM) According to the results among the five major barriers of innovation resistance Risk Barrier (RB) and Usage Barrier (UB) should be developed first Then it can improve the Image Barrier (IB) and Value Barrier (VB) Finally if you have extra resources you can improve the Traditional Barrier (TB)
