Compared to the concrete material for general engineering applications due to the outstanding mechanical and durable properties of high-performance fiber concrete the international concrete industry has continuously invested a lot of resources for many years to carry out related research and application developing better mechanical and durability capabilities Therefore the international common name of the new generation of high performance fiber reinforced concrete is: Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete(UHPFRC) The bridge effect is realized by the addition of various fibers making the original brittle cement material has high toughness This article outlines the changes in cement material ratio technology material composition and basic mechanical properties and discuss the feasibility of applying it to the domestic bridge structure it is expected that new materials and technology can bring about a new era of civil engineering Although UHPFRC materials are also cement materials but due to their ultra-high strength high toughness and high durability characteristics there is a great difference with traditional pre-forced concrete Therefore it can be applied to bridge engineering in addition to the general bridge design specifications can be analyzed Although the problems of steel grip ability pre-force anchor area permissible stress shear strength calculation and other issues are somewhat different from the design considerations of traditional pre-force concrete This article refers to the actual case as the same design condition and according to similar analysis of the design case in the reference literature Reduce the upper structure size section and optimize the design according to the size of the equal proportion structure compare with the original actual completion case Consider the properties of UHPFRC materials to be applied in road bridge engineering design select 3 types of bridge upper structure forms including "Main line box beam" "Road box beam" and "Main line steel box beam bridge panel" to carry out the bridge upper structure test design and compare and evaluate the difference between the use of UHPFRC material and the original design
