Abstract

This study used the hotels in the Changhua area as the research object and constructed a model of the game theory to explore whether the hotel's differential pricing strategy in the network channel and the traditional channel will be different In addition the study aimed at individual customers at Changhua Hotel and designed a questionnaire to find out the data needed for the game model and then used the data to obtain the optimal equilibrium of the game model In the results of the study we can find that the strategy of adopting the same pricing in different channels is wrong If the hotel manager can adopt a differential pricing strategy in different channels he will be able to more effectively separate the different customer markets and maximize hotel revenue
