Small and Medium Enterprise takes a large portion among Taiwan enterprises They can raise funds in the market and increase popularity through IPO This study is an analysis of the key factors in IPO This study integrates expert opinions and results from interviews and literature discussion There are four main facets and twelve criteria factors in this study Afterwards we did AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) questionnaire survey on experts who have experiences in leading enterprises to IPO After questionnaires were retrieved we calculated the facets and the key factors of the entire weight percentage and ranked them with AHP The key factors obtained from our quantitative and qualitative research were provided to corporate decision makers as a reference basis for whether the company's shares could be listed Altogether 22 questionnaires were sent out and 22 valid ones were retrieved The results of the study show that among the four facets the most important order for experts is: (1) environment (2) team spirit (3) organization (4) intermediary organization At the second level of AHP the weight analysis of the 12 criteria factors affected the listed cabinets and the research results indicate that firstly unsuitable laws for IPO and companies ; secondly execution of shareholders and management team of the company; thirdly financial performances are the key factors to success for whether companies could be IPO
