Land Under Authority : Reconstruct Publicness of Urban Land- Another strategy of Land in Taiwan- Take Taipei Dazhi for example

Abstract

Land is a product of various authority and the land itself is also authoritative The city is the expression of modern land and as the living space of most people it gradually loses control because of the influence of capital power Land loses publicity so people lose the basic right to use So how do we control this out of control? The government has established regulations to use the distribution of power to control the state of the land and to use this regulation to reconstruct publicness of urban land This experiment is used as a fable to show the transformation of public and capital Propose an ideal land state I hope that one day in the future every land in Taiwan will be able to set aside some proportions for public use to face the uncertainty of public nature and the future The research operation process of this thesis is mainly divided into four parts: 1 Study the context of land (Chap 2 Dissection - Realize Land) 2 Taiwan Land Positioning (Chap 3 About Taiwan) 3 Establish regulations (Chap 4 Suture - Public Land of Self - Reconstruction) 4 Design (Chap 5 Fables - The Transformer System Starts to Work)
