LCD液晶顯示器廠務自動化之整合系統

Abstract

The shipping standardization of LCDs is a very important process, but the conventional inspection which relies on labors to perform the feature inspection is inefficient and unreliable owing to the different subjective consciousness of the inspectors. Moreover, the inspection results are inconsistent and the standard of the detection quality is seriously affected after the inspectors work long hours because of the visual fatigue, and thus the AOI system have been widely used to improve the losses owing to the manual inspection. Consequently, this work presents how to improve the AOI level, standardize the determination of defect, reduce the cost of labors, keep shipping quality and increase productivity.
