In view of the frequent traffic accidents in buses the resulting caused by people and vehicles have a great impact Bus professional driver the management mechanism for driving license examination and driving ability check is not strict and cautious in Taiwan Not fully established mechanism to check the actual driving ability of professional drivers for various road conditions According to statistics from the Police Department of the Ministry of the Interior from 2006 to 2018 there were 410 bus A1 traffic accidents and more than 460 people died After analyzing the cause of the accident it was found that the driver's factor accounted for 98 61% Non-driver factors such as: machinery pedestrians transportation facilities and other accounting for 1 39% The scope of this study is analyzed with reference to the training system and training materials (courses) in the United States the European Union Singapore and Japan With comparison of Professional bus driver retraining system and content (course) in Taiwan Hypothetical questions Hired Professional driver Car owners and boss (Stakeholder) through interview by questionnaire(Pretest and final questionnaire) Views and ideas at different levels And understand the needs and ideas of professional drivers Through reliability analysis Results from reliability analysis validity validation factor analysis and multivariate analysis of variance As suggestions for improving and designing the content of future back-training course materials Further planning and design to improve the deficiencies insufficient of training materials of Professional bus driving in Taiwan
