There were many workplace bullying cases happened according to news report But there were few studies The purpose of this research was to explore the prevention strategies of workplace bullying at Hospital B Bullying cognition and mutual trusts between colleagues were conducted to measure the effectiveness of prevention strategies 4 stakeholders including the victims and three staffs of B Hospital were interviewed There were 6 research findings Firstly workplace bullying was not officially defined; secondly conflicts among colleagues were not settled down properly ; thirdly the hospital resource system dealing with workplace bullying was not actively activated; fourthly the resource system of dealing with workplace bullying was not activated properly and external resources of intervention were limited; Fifthly bullying evidence had to rely on hospital officials cognition; sixthly the hospital resource system is not effective when dealing with workplace bullying Six suggestions were proposed based on the research findings Firstly workplace bullying issues have to be emphasized Secondly conflicts among colleagues have to be properly handed Thirdly related resources have to be mobilized actively at hospital Fourthly related resources have to be effectively mobilized Fifthly monitory system at hospital has to be improved Sixthly effective use of related resources has to be improved In sum there were policy and strategy problems of workplace bullying based on the research findings For example workplace bullying was not formally defined by governments It caused the difficulties of forming effective strategies
