Abstract

Nowadays the human resources department has played an important role in an enterprise As we know human resources strategies cannot be in a rut it should keep up with the trend social vicissitudes and government’s regulations…and so on With the rapid development of science and technology there are a variety of lifestyles and ideas occur which strongly influence our life Hence human resources managers should take some coping strategies as their lifework There are four aspects will be discussed in this study: sharing economy SLASH demographic structure and corporate social responsibility The purpose of this study is to figure out how the human resources managers respond to these issues This research uses case study of qualitative research method by semi-structured in-depth interview The case L hotel is chosen since it is the iconic service industry in central Taiwan moreover L hotel once rewarded by the famous job bank 1111 as an excellent enterprise Based on the well understanding of the L hotel’s human resources practices and background then we focus on four aspects to discuss the L hotel’s further possible development in human resources management At last this study raises some practical suggestions respectively according to these four concepts What’s more this study not only aims to provide the L corporations’ adaptations but also proposes brief advises for homogeneous corporations as references
