The managerial cognitive capabilities which is an ability to perform one or more mental activities involving cognition Use and change information structure and mental maps to become a person's cognition Among the elements of cognitive science the beliefs values and motivations of individuals are combined with cognitive perspectives and strategic management research to express the cognitive abilities of the senior executive managers The senior executives of different enterprises all have differences in management cognitive ability so that enterprises adopt different ability building methods thus forming different competitive advantages between enterprises This research advocates that in addition to the need for corporate senior executives to have awareness of external environments and opportunities to grasp master and reorganize resources more importantly they must always pay attention to the value of existing knowledge technology products and other resources "inside" the company In order to formulate a dynamic capability building method based on the core capabilities of the enterprise Therefore enterprises need to adopt the management cognition of different competitive strategies from competitors and further choose their own capacity building method is the real management cognition ability Only in this way can we build a dynamic ability that a real competitor cannot imitate
