Abstract

In response to the rise of green energy environmental protection the government initially set a policy of prohibiting the sale of fuel scooters in 2035 However after mediation with various scooter manufacturers the decision was made to suspend the policy and changed to encourage the development of electric scooters With the rapid pace of change companies should provide a complete set of solutions based on customer needs instead of a single product and service For enterprises shaping their own ecosystem can integrate the capabilities and resources of all actors and create maximum value in collaboration Companies should also use an ecosystem perspective to replace a single industry perspective for strategic thinking The purposes of the research are to explore the practical status of shaping the ecosystem from the theoretical point of view of value co-creation and how value proposition serves as the link of all actors It enables the value creation of all actors to generate co-value for the entire system and then shapes the prototype of the ecosystem This research takes qualitative research methods with a single case: Kymco Based on the theoretical basis of "ecosystem" "value co-creation" "value proposition" and "governance mechanism" the reseach analyzes the shaping process of the "Kymco Green Electric Vehicle Ecosystem" The result of the research explains that it is not easy for actors in the ecosystem to interact so hub should accurately grasp the knowledge and capabilities of individual actors and stimulate them to pursue self-interest while forming mutual benefits and fostering the collectiveness of the system Hub should play the role of "orchestrator" to help actors communicate with each other integrate the complementary capabilities of individual actors and build their own ecosystem
