Abstract

In recent years with the advancement of treatment technology waste recycling has gradually replaced the early landfill treatment methods This research uses the concept of circular economy to recycle brine sludge The brick making process is as follows:The brine sludge and clay are mixed after high-pressure molding the drying operation is carried out and then the dried bricks are sent to a high-temperature furnace for sintering The temperature is raised to 1000℃ in 28 hours and lasted for 1 hour and then it is reduced to 25℃ in 28 hours After sintering the properties of the finished product will be inspected The research is divided into three stages The first stage is to analyze the influence of the replacement amount of brine sludge on sintered bricks and to replace some clay bricks with different amounts of replacement amount of brine sludge The second stage is to analyze the influence of admixtures on sintered bricks Add waste glass powder silica powder and other high-silicon admixtures to the bricks and then discuss the effect of improving the quality of the bricks The third stage is process improvement and coloring The influence of the process on the brine sludge sintered bricks was discussed by changing the particle size and temperature and the sintered bricks were colored by adding colorants
