The purpose of this study is to explore the sustainable development model of folk art troupe in Taiwan and takes Song-Jiang team in Haiwei Chaohuang Temple as case object This study applies case study literature review and semi-structured interview as research methods First of all after interview data analysis there are five critical factors for sustainable development model design of Song-Jiang Team in Haiwei Chaohuang Temple includes “Customer Segments” “Channels” “Customer Relationships” “Key Activities” and “Key Partners” Second we also came to following conclusions: (1) Haiwei Chaohuang temple’s primary task is to create organizational cohesion; (2) Haiwei Chaohuang temple must use multichannel marketing strategies (includes village chiefs temple promotional material and publications speech communication temple classes etc ) to attract and keep target customers; (3) Haiwei Chaohuang temple must cultivation human resources in response to the challenge of population emigration in Annan district Tainan city
