Innovation and Community had been developed for years so that become important in nowadays Besides consumer electronics is popular among global consumers Customer’s demand is changing faster than before Therefore companies had to come up with methods to strengthen their employees' capabilities through community building and development innovation and keep consumers be satisfied In the past researches are point out innovation are important for enterprise operation and build a community will help enterprise to announce information and gather employee’s voices Few literatures indicate that linking innovation and community will lead to more strategies for employee innovation So that this study will propose the relationship between innovation community training This research takes qualitative research method with multiple cases by five industries including Insurance Information LED Lighting Material and Social Media Marketing industries To discuss how enterprise operate innovation communities and increase the breadth of research in this way In this study a matrix model of innovative development methods and community openness will be established Different industries may also be located in the same quadrant and it is found that the use of employee experience will also affect the choice of two dimensions It was found that when a company has multiple communities but without innovative solutions and training the relationship between community and innovation does not show up on the matrix Future research can use the matrix model proposed in this research as a cross-domain analysis study and also provide companies with the ability to analyze the innovation and development of different industries
