Abstract

Because of traffic accidents and traffic jam always waste a lot of money time and lives especially in urban city are more serious The technology and Protocol of vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs) are more and more mature Hence more and more researches recently are studying traffic safety and traffic control by VANETs In this thesis we reduce the cost of traffic accident by reducing traveling time of ambulance For this purpose we use Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and VANETs to control traffic flow We can reduce 50% traveling time which is caused by others driver in our results From our experiment our study will be very suitable in urban city And the results show that our methods will have better performance in congested traffic state
