Value co-creation Perspective on ecosystem Generation in Rural communities in Taiwan: A case study of Shian Community

Abstract

In recent years rural areas in Taiwan have been confronted with the problem of "three failures" in government market and service Due to the employment difficulties in rural areas more and more rural people are leaving the countryside leaving only the elderly And with old legs inconvenience and remote areas with little traffic medical care are the old man's the most difficult in order to solve this problem in Tainan Ann cooperatives order to realize the "regional revitalization" means giving back to the community elders from the perspective of public love build a township community cooperation of mutual benefit and reciprocity in solving the employment problems of community population with surplus giving back to the community public welfare donation love at the same time This study is aimed at the Shian community cooperative in the Houbi district a rural area in southern Taiwan By connecting land deed farmers Shian community members housewives' union and other individual participants the cooperative "co-creation of value" is carried out to create community industry and then establish a community "ecosystem" of co-existence and co-prosperity We discuss the meaning of value co-creation and analyze the value co-creation model of all stakeholders in the regional revitalization ecosystem of the Shian community in the hope of painting a clearer picture of a beautiful ecosystem in which all participants create value mutually in the process of local innovation in communities in rural areas of Taiwan
