Abstract

Due to urbanization and environmental issues the thesis will explore the possibility of future agricultural production combine with living through the analysis of material flow of food Using material flow to analyze the advantages of vertical living farms Through dietary habits cost-benefit analysis crop characteristics analysis production resource recycling etc To categorize five symbiotic circular groups of food production combination that is familiar to people Establish a closer relationship between people and foods The site set at the former central market "Fu-Xing Social Housing" a place full of food memories to build a living conditions symbiosis between people and food So I use the solar analysis of Insight 360 to explore the relationship between light and architectural massing on the site Factors to be explored include divide buildings porosity courtyard balcony etc Try to distribute light evenly between people living and crop production Vertical farms in city not only provide food to people even can reduce the environmental impact Design an integrated production and consumption of agriculture with living to create a new life style This can become our vision of discussing and designing the city in the future
