Abstract

This study focus on the effect work-life balance ICT use cultural intelligence and the adjustment on expatriate job performance This study focuses on the affects work-life balance ICT use cultural intelligence have on the adjustment of expatriate job performance Based on sample of 308 expatriate working in Haiti cultural intelligence was established to be vitally important to job performance in international projects Specifically the results of this study show that expatriates in Haiti with better performance and social cultural intelligence do better in their job performance Better expatriate adjustment and performance is associated with better social and cultural intelligence The discovery of this study provide the information in the cross cultural administration workers field as well as applied suggestion of the expatriate
