前身民航組成立於民國86年。研究方向包括航空器相關的操作規範及飛航運輸。課程內容包括:飛行力學、民航法規與適航認證、航電系統、民航維修、航站規劃與管理、衛星通訊與導航、品保工程、飛航安全、失事調查、航站營運與管理、飛機及機場噪音、以及發動機監控與診斷等。
