組織簡介
成大醫學中心自創立以來，陸續成立了許多系所。隨著附設醫院於民國七十七年啟用，藥事作業也大幅成長。由於並未設立藥學系，藥學服務的發展與相關人才的羅致深受限制。民國七十八年藥理學科的老師們倡議成立臨床藥學研究所，緊接著於翌年二月舉辦臨床藥學研習會；復於三月舉辦推展臨床藥學教育座談會，集結國科會、衛生署、台大、榮總、長庚等相關單位的建議，於民國八十年提出申請籌設本所。民國八十二年八月正式招生，由賴明亮教授擔任所長，於民國八十五年起設醫院藥學組與藥物動態組分別招生。
醫院藥學組藉由充實藥品治療相關的專業知識，輔以臨床實習的實務訓練，期使學生成為臨床藥學專業人才，以提昇藥品治療之品質，並經由多元化的授課，培養學生邏輯思考及解決問題之能力，以期推展藥品臨床試驗，拓展醫學研究之領域。
藥物動態組藉由充實藥品治療學、物理藥學、生物藥劑學、藥品生體輸送及藥品動態學等之基礎訓練，從事包括系統、組織和細胞層次，不同輸藥系統和給藥途徑，藥物吸收和代謝機轉的研究，並訓練學生邏輯思考及解決問題之能力，以期培養基礎藥學專業人才，俾能提昇藥學研究與醫療品質之水準。
