組織簡介
教育使命
主要目的在於配合回流教育政策，吸引政府及產業各界中堅幹部回流接受管理專業訓練；也希望善用本所全程英文授課的特色，提供企業界更多進修的機會。此外，更配合南部地區科技產業之發展，期望培養出具有國際觀及良好英語溝通能力之專業管理人才。
教學目標
本所採取全英文的授課方式讓學分班的學生亦可與本所之正式生、外籍一般生共同參與學習，進而達到國際化的效能。
具體的學習目標
1. 使學生具有足夠的專業知能且能掌握全球市場的脈動。
2. 透過多樣化及跨領域的學習來加強策略性決策的能力。
3. 為了使理論與實務緊密結合，提供學生大量機會探討理論實際應用上對其企業的影響。
4. 建立學生間密切的關係，使得學生們在不同產業的相關經驗能有所交流，企業活動的訊息也能快速的交換。
