藝術教育為現代教育概念中重要的一環，藝術涵養的教育目標即為培養學生對於美的感覺與體悟，啟發文化創意，讓藝術融入生活學習，可以拓展學習邊際，進而改變對於未來的思考能力與創造思維。成功大學乃秉承全台首府的文化傳統，以綜合型的卓越大學為永續發展目標，在科技與工程為基礎的發展同時，如何提升藝文涵養與人文素養已為現代教育著重的目標。
聯合國永續發展目標
聯合國會員國於 2015 年同意 17 項全球永續發展目標 (SDG)，以終結貧困、保護地球並確保全體的興盛繁榮。我們的作品有助於以下永續發展目標：
