3D photo-crosslinking pattern scaffold for cell application by two-photon laser scanning system

摘要

In this study, we fabricated a photo-crosslinking, biocompatible 3D Poly(ethylene) glycol (PEG) hydrogel scaffold with inner fibrin gel for cell adhesion. We tested the material cytocompatibility with 3T3 fibroblasts then processed the cell adhesion motif inside the scaffold at regular and L-shaped 3D structural pattern by two-photon laser scanning system for further cell manipulation and recording. The results show cell could survive under UV irradiation and grew in the inner fibrin gel scaffold. The desired pattern scaffold has potential to apply in cell guided migration and physiological signal recording.
