摘要

A 5.7 GHz 0.25 μm CMOS RF front-end, including a CMOS differential LNA and a CMOS Gilbert-cell mixer, for an 802.11a WLAN receiver were described. The differential LNA utilized a current-reuse technology to increase linear gain and save power consumption. The LNA exhibited a noise figure of 5.8 dB, a linear gain of 10 dB and a P1dB of -11 dBm. The measured EVM for the 802.11a 54 Mbps orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) test was 1.43 percent.
