利用轉爐石材料開發透水混凝土磚材之可行性研究

摘要

This study develops a non-structure-used pervious concrete brick using the industrial by-products, such as BOF and fly ash. Experiments regarding the mechanical properties, durability, and swelling are conducted to assess the practical use of BOF based on the national regulations on the concrete bricks. Three different slurry-aggregate ratios are tested with replacing cements by the BOF-FA mixing material. Experimental results indicate that the uniaxial compressive strength growth rate increases as the increasing BOF-FA mixing material. Samples with the proportions which satisfy the permeability specification (CNS 14995) are classified base on the uniaxial compressive strength. The proportion with the slurry-aggregate ratio 0.4 and the replacement amount of BOF-FA mixing material 30% passes criteria of the A-grade (28 MPa). The proportion with the slurry-aggregate ratio 0.5 and the replacement amount of BOF-FA mixing material 50% passes the criteria of the B-grade (24.5 MPa). Therefore, the compound ratio proposed in this study has high potential to put pervious concrete bricks into practice in the future.
