N2 - This work proposes a mini-LED driving circuit with compensation for threshold voltage variations of the LTPS-TFTs and I-R rise of power line. The simulation results show that the relative current error rates are below 8.27%. Hence, the feasibility of proposed circuit to providing a uniform image is verified.
