A Simple Model-Based Deadbeat Direct-Current and Flux Linkage Control Scheme for Sensorless SPMSM Drive

摘要

Torque is a primary performance index directly controlling the dynamics of electric machines in deadbeat torque or/and flux linkage control schemes. However,a problem may appear where inverter current exceeding allowable value at rated condition even a current limiter is integrated into the controller. Another problem is the complexity of calculating flux linkage command. Therefore,this study presents a simple deadbeat direct-current and flux linkage control (DB-DCFC) scheme for surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous machines (SPMSM) drive. Based on the SPMSM modeling,the relation between current and stator flux linkage is determined and the state variables are established. This would result in strong dynamic performance and secured current limit. Moreover,a simple sensorless control is developed. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is evaluated and compared to the conventional method by simulations and tests with a real-time hardware-in-the-loop platform.
