N2 - Three dimensional reconstruction of computerized tomography (3-DRCTs) images are studied and the defects are modified during volume calculation to improve the degree of accuracy. Liver volume is determinate by 3-DRCTs to document exact liver boundary in each film slice, to calculate the liver area in each film slice, to register and pile up each image for axilaization, to display the simulated 3D-reconstructed image and to measure the precise liver volume. During modifications of the steps, the deformable model is applied to document the exact boundary automatically.
