All-optical sub-THz signal generation using two mutually coupled semiconductor lasers

摘要

This study proposes a novel all-optical approach for sub-THz signal generation. Sub-THz signals ranging from 100 to 300 GHz with a 3-dB linewidth below 2 kHz and a SPSR of about 47 dB are generated.
