Buoyancy-assisted flow reversal and conjugate heat transfer for the combined convective flow in a series of vertical circular channels within an asymmetrically heated slab are investigated. Numerical results for velocity, temperature, and pressure gradient in the hydrodynamically and thermally fully-developed region are carried out. Based on the obtained solutions, thermal characteristics of the slab are examined and the criteria for the flow reversal to occur are determined.
