title = "Characteristics of phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes with tunable color temperature and high CRI fabricated by near-ultraviolet light-emitting diodes",
abstract = "The phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes were fabricated by combining the three color phosphors and silicone gel with the near-ultraviolet light-emitting diode chips. Using the separated phosphor layer structure can reduce the loss of re-absorption. Regarding the spectra of the phosphor layers, the CRI value increase with increasing percentage of overlapping area between the spectra deconvoluted from the electroluminescence spectrum of the devices. By controlling the thickness of the phosphor layers, the samples show high CRI values with different color temperature.",
