摘要

The development of mobile applications and people’s attention to health have contributed to the continuous improvement of health-related applications. Based on the AISAS (Attention-Interest-Search-Action-Share) model and the viewpoint of online collaborative learning, this study developed a theoretical model to understand the factors that influence users’ we-intention when using health-related apps. The research findings indicate that both personal intention and we-intention coexist when users engage with health-related applications. The attractiveness, content relevance, and content reliability in health-related applications positively influence users’ personal intention to continue using them. The interactivity and content communication in health-related applications significantly impact three crucial factors for online collaborative learning: goal orientation, individual accountability, and structured interaction. Personal intention and the three factors of online collaborative learning have a positive influence on social identity. Finally, social identity can be used to predict users’ we-intention to use health-related applications. We collected responses from health-related application users in mainland China and Taiwan, and analyzed these influencing factors from 3 dimensions (individual dimension, social dimension, and app design dimension).
