摘要

This research studies the feasibility for non-invasive localization of the epileptic foci originating from mesial temporal area. The consistency of foci localization using dipole modelling for varied montages, including standard 10-20, enhanced temporal electrodes, and combination of invasive sphenoid electrode, were investigated. In addition, a 3-D digitizer was utilized to measure the exact positions of electrodes for accurate head geometrical model and better estimation consistency.
