Design and implementation of contactless power track system with improved inductively coupled structure

摘要

This paper is an attempt to improve the pickup coupling structure for the inductive power track in automated production line system. First, the strip-type inductive power track is wounded linearly by circular coils. Its flux emission ability is better than traditional power track because the magnetic flux density enhances in the identical length and current of the track. Next, the improved core structure having high coupling coefficient is designed by using magnetic field simulation and magnetic equivalent circuit model. Then, the inductively coupled structure with a 2-m long track, 5-cm long pickup and related circuits are implemented based on the feature of this system. Last, in accordance with the experimental results, the maximum transmission efficiency is about 70.34%, and the efficiency is still above 60% when operating at one fourth of rated power.
