摘要
This paper investigates the dynamic output feedback controller for singularly perturbed discrete-time systems through the static gain theory. The slow and fast states of controller are incorporated into the plant and the output of the augmented system is composed of the measurement output of the plant and full state output of the controller. The basic property is that the controller possesses the same two time-scale (TTS) character as that of the plant. Finally, a steam power system is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
