摘要

The major purpose of this research is to investigate the possible impacts from personal characteristics and attitudes. The framework of this research contains four aspects of the teachers: "network infrastructure and obstacles," "instructional design," "interaction between teachers and students," and "improvement of teachers' accomplishment". Three issues designed to survey the students are "network infrastructure and obstacles," "learning style and methods," and "interaction between teachers and students." The results indicate that the lack of computer network knowledge and the concern of network speed and security are two major obstacles that make the continuing education via modern network technologies not so prevalent.
