Does suture technique influence repair strength of partially lacerated human flexor tendon in vitro?

摘要

The tensile and gap formation properties following repair using six common techniques in partially lacerated human flexor tendons were evaluated. The tendons were secured in a tensile testing machine. Results showed that there was no significant difference in maximum failure load or tendon stiffness among the six suture repair method.
